Meet Turner Cook

Turner approaches business legal matters with precision, attention to detail, and a client-centered mindset. He focuses on building a strong client relationship by listening carefully and tailoring his advice and guidance to align with each client’s unique needs and vision.

Business Law

As a recent law school graduate with a passion for business law, Turner has cultivated a foundation in transactional drafting and corporate governance. During his time at The Saint Louis University School of Law, he gained valuable experience drafting and reviewing key legal documents, including articles of incorporation, shareholder agreements, corporate bylaws, operating agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and asset purchase agreements. Further, he learned about business organizations, formation of business entities, tax considerations, shareholder and member rights, and dispute resolution.

Turner’s entrepreneurial spirit, shaped by his exposure to his family’s multiple small businesses, has deepened his commitment to supporting small business owners and their success. He is dedicated to helping businesses build a solid legal framework throughout their entire lifecycle.

Litigation

In law school, Turner participated in several experiential courses that prepared him for the demands of legal practice and litigation. He also brings practical experience gained through time spent as a summer associate where he had the opportunity to shadow litigation proceedings, gaining insight into the strategies and challenges of litigation.

The Personal Side

As a former collegiate athlete, Turner is a sports enthusiast whether it is spectating or participating. He spends his free time watching the St. Louis Cardinals and Dayton Flyers, trying new restaurants, staying active, and traveling with his family.
