What We’re All About
Villmer Caudill is a fully remote law firm based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. We provide business law and litigation services to businesses and their owners, including professional service firms. Our clients expect and deserve courageous counsel—and that’s what we deliver.
Our lawyers have independent, enterprising spirits, a deep understanding of the law, the ability to self-assess, learn, and grow, and a fearless approach to problem solving. We’re looking for courageous lawyers to join our effort to reimagine the “business of law” as a tailored tool for delivering straightforward solutions to clients with complicated problems.
We utilize a compensation package that maximizes flexibility and allows our attorneys to set and achieve their own goals. Our compensation package includes:
A base salary and a performance-based bonus that has no cap.
Health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(k) with employer 4% match.
Flexible benefits plan (pre-tax cafeteria plan).
The freedom to work from home and cutting edge technology to do so.
Unlimited paid time off.
Bar dues, CLEs, and malpractice insurance all paid for by the firm.
Monthly marketing budget and office supply budget.
