Villmer Caudill is a fully remote law firm based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. We provide business law and litigation services to businesses and their owners, including professional service firms. Our clients expect and deserve courageous counsel—and that’s what we deliver.

We utilize a compensation package that maximizes flexibility and allows our attorneys to set and achieve their own goals. Our compensation package includes:

• A base salary and a performance-based bonus that has no cap.

• Health, vision, and dental insurance.

• 401(k) with employer 4% match.
